About the Author


Dr. Deitrick Gorman is a board-certified family medicine practitioner whose lifelong dream was to become a doctor and a business owner. She has her Bachelor of Science from Purdue University, where she was part of the Zeta Phi Beta sorority; her Master of Science from Indiana University; and her doctorate from Rowan University. Her personal mission is to inspire professionals who find themselves stressed and unproductive to calm themselves so that they can be their best personally and professionally.


A resident of Pecos, Texas, Dr. Gorman enjoys traveling, listening to music, and collecting pencils. She is currently working on a coloring book for adults.
